What is included when I book a sleepover with Once upon a DreamZ?
We will deliver all the items included in your chosen package and assemble everything. This includes the setting up of the A- frame tents, making the beds, laying out the breakfast trays and decorating and styling each setting according to your chosen theme. This also includes a next day pack down and collection.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is included with all our packages if you live within 15 miles of our location (Uckfield, East Sussex). If you live outside of this area we will deliver at an additional charge. Please let us know your address and we can then quote you for the delivery cost.
What floor space is required?
Each mattress is 76cm wide by 185cm long. Then allow an extra 60cm to include the space for the bed trays in-front of each tent. If you are worried about having enough room for the teepees you require please let us know the size of the space and we can work out a layout that fits.
How long do I get the set up for?
This depends on how many tents are used - the more tents, the longer the time allowance. It will take around 1-2hrs to set up. The following day we will pack away and remove all items, making it as easy as possible for you.
Cancellation policy
If something happens and you are unable to continue with your booking, we understand things change, you will be refunded your deposit, however if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of your sleepover date your deposit will be non-refundable.
Can you have an outdoors sleepover?
Unfortunately our tent fabrics are not waterproof, so our sleepovers are strictly indoors.
Do I need a power supply?
No power supply is needed, all our lights are battery or solar powered.
Do our guests need to bring anything?
No, just their PJ’s!
Are the children allowed to eat in the tents?
No messy foods allowed on our beds for obvious reasons. However we understand that a midnight snack is an essential part of the sleepover so please only allow dry goodies and water to be consumed in the tents.
How do you clean the sleepover items?
All the bedding we use is washed thoroughly between each use to ensure they are ready for the next group of campers in tip top condition. This includes breakfast trays, lanterns etc so everything will be perfect for your party.
What is the minimum and maximum age for your campers?
Our teepees are not recommended for campers under 5 years old. They can comfortably sleep children up to the age 12 years old.
